Ingredients

Cookies: wheat flour or gluten free flour, butter, sugar, free range eggs, organic vanilla bean paste, salt and baking powder.

Icing: icing sugar, pasteurised egg white powder, water, flavouring and colour.

Fondant: Sugar, glucose, water, vegetable fats & oils, maize starch, vegetable gum (413), flavour, colour (171), preservative (202), food acid (260), antioxidant (306, 320).

Edible Images: Water, corn-starch, glutinous rice, glucose, sugar, vegetable oil, arabic gum, polysorbate 60, citric acid and vanilla flavouring.

Colours: we use a mix of Americolor, Chefmaster gel and airbrush colours - product made in the United States Ingredients: Water, sugar, colors (one or more of red #40, red #3, yellow #5, yellow #6, blue #1, blue #2, or titanium dioxide), modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid, and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (as preservatives) Allergens: Does not contain nut products and is not manufactured in a facility or on equipment which processes such products.
